 NOTICE OF COORDINATED SPECIAL MEETING AND AGENDA

TAILHOLT METROPOLITAN DISTRICTS NOS. 1, 2 & 3

                NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Boards of Directors of Tailholt Metropolitan District No, 1, Tailholt Metropolitan District No. 2 and Tailholt Metropolitan District No, 3 of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, will hold a coordinated special meeting at Town of Severance Town Hall Located at:  3 South Timber Ridge Parkway * Severance * Colorado * 80546, on March 10, 2022 6:00 p.m. For the purpose of conducting such business as listed in the agenda below and such other business as may come before the Boards. The meeting is open to the public. Be advised if this in-person meeting must be suspended due to COVID-19 an updated notice will be sent out immediately with Zoom login information and placed on the District website (https://www.tailholtdistrict.com).

  1. Call Meeting to Order and introductions.
  2. Attendance/ Declaration of Quorum / Combined District Meeting’s No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3/Meeting Notices & posting’s/Director Qualifications/Director Disclosures/Disclosure Matters/ Oath of office.
  3. Consider Approval of Agenda.
  4. Consider Approval of Minutes – October 28, 2021.
  5. Financial Report.
    1. Payables November 2021 – January 2022
  6. District Legal Counsel Report.
    1. Exclusion; Removing two lots 301 & 303 3rd Street from the Districts.
  7. District Manager’s Report.
  8. EXECUTIVE SESSION, pursuant to Colorado Open Meeting Law24-6-402(4) to consult with or receive advice from attorney regarding specific legal items, if necessary.
  9. Other Business – any other matters to come before the Boards
  10. Public Comments. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes
  11. Continuation/Adjournment.
