The Metro District is changing website providers to Streamline. This change is to be compliant with the new Americans with Disabilities Act for website requirements, and is more user friendly.
Over the next month, you will receive an email with an invitation link to join the new website. The email will come from Streamline. If you do not see this email within 1 month, please make sure to check your junk/spam folders. At that time, you can contact the Management team to get the invitation sent directly to you if you have not received the invitation email at that time.
When you get the invitation email, you will need to accept the invitation. By doing so, you will be prompted to create a password for the new website. Please save this for future uses. Creating this password will create an account for the website and this account will allow you to access resident specific documents, like the Architectural Design Application, approved tree lists, fence stain formulas, etc. This also allows the Metro District the opportunity for future online payment access via the website’s resident portal in the future.
